The approach
How we worked through it.
Aoife brought a Figma file and strong opinions about typography. We treated the type choices as the brief — the entire site is built around the reading experience, not around a catalogue grid.
We set up a Sanity CMS with an editorial model that lets Aoife's team control pacing: which titles get cover treatment, which go into lists, how much white space a page breathes with. The store is Shopify under the surface; the voice is entirely Lumen.
