The approach
How we worked through it.
Kastle came to us with a working prototype that nobody on their team could explain to a customer. We started by sitting with three of their target users for a week and rewrote the product narrative before touching the UI.
The redesign collapses six tools into two: a contracts inbox and a workspace. Every other surface routes through one of those.
We shipped the first usable build to staging in week three and iterated weekly with their two design partners.
